-Description

Patek Philippe is a watchmaker founded in Geneva in 1839. The company makes watches without any compromise by utilizing its overwhelming quality and technical capabilities.

The brand is synonymous with luxury watches due to the extremely small number of watches produced in addition to the fact that it continues to be the world's premier manufacture. The independence of the family management and the reliability that all watches can be repaired create a value as an asset that is handed down from generation to generation.

Reference 3591 is a Calatrava automatic watch, one of the brand's most iconic models. It is a very rare piece with an integrated bracelet manufactured in the 1970s.

The case is made of 18K white gold. The design is very simple and sophisticated, and the size is an exquisite 34mm. Its thinness is a major feature that makes it hard to believe that it is an automatic watch.

The dial is a blue dial with sunburst finish. The combination of white painted Roman numerals and thin pencil hands is typical of a dress watch.

The bracelet is made of the 18k white gold as the case. It is a very fine mesh bracelet with just the right amount of flexibility, and fits snugly against the wrist.

The movement is Cal.28-255, a thin automatic movement based on Jaeger-LeCoultre Cal.920, which was used by Audemars Piguet as Cal.2120 for Royal Oak and by Vacheron as Cal.1120 for Ref.222, etc. Vacheron used it as Cal.1120 for Ref.222, etc. It is a highly evaluated movement.

At Patek Philippe, it was installed in the early Nautilus models and was also used in other models such as the Golden Ellipse and Calatrava due to its high degree of perfection.

The watch comes with an extract from the archives and service papers issued in 2021. Please refer to the Notes section at the top of the product page for the details of the repair.
