Q. What is a consignment product?

A watch that you sell (consigned) using our sales floor.

Q. Is it possible to reserve?

Q. Is it possible to see the real thing?

Yes, it is possible. It is possible to check the product status etc. on the Web and then make the final check on the premise of purchase at the store.

We do not reserve it, so it may sell before you come to the store.

Q. What are the payment methods?

The payment methods that can be used for consignment products are "credit card" and "bank transfer".

* Bank transfer ... If the transfer cannot be confirmed within 2 days of the order, the order will be cancelled.

You can use "VISA", "MASTER CARD", "AMERICAN EXPRESS" and "JCB" as credit cards.

Q. At what point will inventory be secured?

Inventory will be secured when payment by credit card is confirmed.

In case of bank transfer, please make payment within 2 days from the date of order.

Q. Have you repaired the consignment products?

Unlike regular products, they will be sold without maintenance.

Basically, we have confirmed the basic operation of consignment products, but they are not in a well-maintained state.

If you want to use it with confidence after purchase, please use our repair service.

Q. Is it possible to return consignment products?

Items that are clearly different from the items listed on the product page (part number difference, etc.)-Returns can only be made if there is a malfunction.

Q. Is there a guarantee for consignment products?

Yes. There is a guarantee of operation.

The warranty period varies depending on each product. Please check each product page.

Q. Is there a charge for repairs during the warranty period?

We will repair or adjust free of charge only for defects and natural failures that occur during normal use.

Failure due to dropping, submersion, or strong impact is not covered.
